We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used beauty products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shalen.co.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
